  • Accountability Partner — your coach checks in between sessions to keep you motivated and consistent.

  • Progress Tracker — track your lifts, sessions, and physical changes with a digital or printed journal.

  • Form Feedback — in-session form correction + one optional video review for at-home workouts.

  • Monthly Progress Recap — evaluation + next-step guidance every 4 weeks.

  • Access to Client Resource Library — warmups, stretching routines, and nutrition tips to support your training.
